Returns & Refunds
At FleurFrenzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Lingerie & Underwear must have hygiene seals intact (for health and safety reasons)
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your FleurFrenzy account and visit "My Orders"
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return request form
- Print the prepaid return label and include it with your package
- Ship your return within 7 days of approval
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
