  • International Standard: 7-15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (additional fees apply)

Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates calculated based on order weight and destination:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100
  • Flat rate domestic shipping: $5.99
  • International shipping starts from $12.99

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive:

  1. Order confirmation email with estimated delivery date
  2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order is dispatched

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • FleurFrenzy is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country
  • We cannot declare packages as gifts or undervalue merchandise

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (except for certain postal services)
  • Freight forwarding addresses
  • Some embargoed countries

For hygienic reasons, all lingerie and underwear purchases are final sale.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
